hand-with-a-mobile-phone_red.jpgTickets purchased via ticketmaster are delivered as a SafeTix code. Your phone is your ticketMake sure your phone is charged with a bright screen.  Transfer or accept a transfer and add tickets to your Apple Wallet OR Google Pay IN ADVANCE!  Not valid printed on paper OR as a screenshot.  Don't have a smartphone? - bring your confirmation email /photo ID to the Box Office the day of the event for assistance. 



FACE COVERINGS/ MASKS are required for all guests age 2+.  A mask will be provided if needed. Status on masks and ALL health & safety protocols including possibility of vaccine/ covid test requirements is subject to change. Check individual event pages for specific details.



NO BAG POLICY - Bags are NOT permitted except medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1”.  We suggest leaving most items at home.

We suggest you leave most items at homeManagement reserves the sole right to determine if items are prohibited or offensive.  Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.  

Cashless_red.jpgThe Schottenstein Center has converted to a cashless experience. Purchases can be made with a debit OR credit card. Concession stands also accept mobile wallet options like Apple or Google Pay.


Sanitizer_Icon_red.jpgSurfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after events.  The Schottenstein Center has earned GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation.



Food_red.jpgBeginning immediately (1/4/2021), concessions will be closed at all Ohio State University-related athletic events. Fans will not be permitted to bring food/beverage in - exceptions will be made for those with medical needs for single-servings. Courtesy cups for water ware available at guest services locations – you will be able to fill them at water refill stations on the concourse. Bottled water will be sold from a grab-n-go location on each level of the arena. Water may only be consumed on the concourses – no food or beverage permitted within seating areas.

This concession policy applies ONLY to athletic events. Concessions will be available at special events (concerts, family shows.) 

The university and City of Columbus policies require wearing of masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status for ALL staff and guests.
