You are cordially invited to celebrate with us at the College of Nursing Convocation Ceremony - a special time for graduates, families, and friends to celebrate achievements and to look forward to impacts that will transform health and improve lives. Graduates will be celebrated by faculty and staff from The Ohio State University College of Nursing.

Graduates and faculty should arrive by 10:00 AM and enter via the southwest rotunda for registration and lineup.

10:00 am- Doors scheduled to open
11:00 am-12:30 pm - College of Nursing Convocation Ceremony
When facing the stage, undergraduate students will be seated on the left, and graduate students will be seated on the right.

On site parking is FREE: Gray lots 3 and 4, and Scarlet lots 1-5. Accessible parking can be found in Scarlet lots 1 and 2. An interactive venue map can be found here.

Ticket Information

Tickets are not required for graduates or guests.

Accessible / Disability Seating is available on the entry level (100) . The seating area is level with the exterior walkways and concourses. There are no stairs. Disability seating is offered first-come, first-served. We ask families to try to limit themselves to one companion with the guest in need so that we may accommodate everyone.

There is traditional seating adjacent to the handicap accessible platforms for the rest of your party.
