Jon Batiste is a five-time Grammy and Academy Award-winning singer, songwriter, and composer. From 2015 to 2022, he served as the bandleader and musical director of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on CBS, where his vibrant energy, charisma, and genre-blending style made him a favorite with audiences nationwide. In addition to his television work, Batiste co-composed the score for Disney/Pixar’s Soul, earning an Academy Award, Golden Globe, and BAFTA. His 2021 album We Are won five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year, cementing his place as one of today’s most innovative and influential artists.
