RIDESHARE TIPS - Guests can be dropped-off before an event via personal vehicle, Uber, Lyft or other Rideshare services along Borror Drive (North Side of the building).  Guests that need special accomodations should speak with uniformed traffic control staff.  Post-event - go to the rideshare mobile app and select: Schottenstein Center.  You will be directed to the pick-up area just down Lane Avenue at St. John Arena.

Bags or Purses of any size are NOT permitted. Wallets/wristlets no larger than 5”x8”x1” are permitted. A dedicated screening lane is available for guests with medical, dietary or childcare needs – one bag permitted. We suggest leaving most items at home.  Management reserves the right to determine prohibited items. Guests may return them to their vehicle or surrender to Security without return.  No professional cameras, detachable lenses. GoPros, selfie sticks and iPads prohibited. Point & shoot cameras are permitted.

The Schottenstein Center has gone cashless. Make parking, concession and merchandise purchases via debit / credit card or mobile payment.

Masks are optional.  We ask fans to be respectful of each other.
